We think of technology development not as a single practice, but as several interlocking ones. User interfaces are inseparable from data structures, ease-of-use is inseparable from security requirements, and improving performance is the ultimate goal of any project. Underlying technologies come and go, but we have found these connections to be timeless.

As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication and prototypes over presentations, as well as the face-to-face interactions where possible.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent clients on some wonderful projects, and have been able to support some systems for literal decades after they were originally deployed.
